On 23 January 2026, Mrs. Chatvadee Chindawongse, Deputy Director-General of the Department of ASEAN Affairs, participated in the 9th and 10th Meetings of the Governing Council of the ASEAN Centre for Sustainable Development Studies and Dialogue (ACSDSD). The meetings reviewed the progress of ACSDSD’s work in 2025 and discussed its direction and activities in 2026. On this occasion, Mrs. Chatvadee also briefed the meeting on Thailand’s priorities and initiatives in 2026, in its capacity as ASEAN Coordinator for Sustainable Development Cooperation, including initiatives such as the ASEAN–UK Dialogue on Sustainability, activities related to the Blue Economy, and the ASEAN Sustainability Week 2026–2030.
