On 11 May 2023, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, DPM/FM as PM’s Special Envoy, joined the 42nd ASEAN Summit (Retreat) to discuss the situation in Myanmar and exchange views on regional challenges as well the relevance of ASEAN amidst geopolitical competition.
