On 10 May 2023, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, DPM/FM as PM’s Special Envoy, joined the ASEAN Leaders’ Interface with High-Level Task Force on the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision, in which VFM Vijavat Israbhakdi and Deputy Secretary to PM Soonthorn Chaiyindeepum represented Thailand.
DPM/FM attached importance to promoting sustainability as a strategic priority of ASEAN and building a people-centered ASEAN through enhanced cooperation in human security. DPM/FM also stressed a need for ASEAN to strengthen and revitalize its institutions and mechanisms to better cope with non-traditional security challenges in the future while upholding the "ASEAN Way.”
