On 13 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the ASEAN Post Ministerial Conference with India, co-chaired by H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore and H.E. Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs of India. DPM/FM emphasised the importance of maritime cooperation and sustainable management of marine resources, as well as pushed for regional connectivity especially through the India-Myanmar-Thailand Trilateral Highway Project. In addition, DPM/FM supported the promotion of regional peace and stability through ASEAN-India cooperation and India’s constructive role.
