On 7 October 2026, Mrs. Chatvadee Chindawongse, Deputy Director-General of Department of ASEAN Affairs attended the 11th Meeting of the ASEAN Center for Sustainable Development Studies and Dialogue (ACSDSD) Governing Council. The meeting, also attended by representatives of ASEAN Embassies in Thailand and ASEAN Secretariat, adopted the ACSDSD Five-Year Strategic Plan (2026–2030) and exchanged views and suggestions on the work of the ACSDSD in 2027. On this occasion, Mrs. Chatvadee briefed the meeting on important activities implemented in 2026 by Thailand as ASEAN Coordinator for Sustainable Development Cooperation and planned activities in 2027 to enhance cooperation on sustainable development cooperation with ASEAN Member States and partners.
