On 3 August 2023, H.E. Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, attended the East Asia Summit (EAS) Senior Officials’ Meeting in Bali, Indonesia. The meeting discussed ways to strengthen the EAS process and enhance coordination between EAS and other ASEAN-led mechanisms, as well as the concrete implementation of the new EAS Plan of Action for years 2024-2028. The meeting also exchanged views on regional and international issues.
