On 11-12 March 2025, H.E. Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Thailand, on behalf of the Permanent Secretary (ASEAN Senior Official - Thailand), led the Thai Delegation to the 27th ASEAN-India Senior Officials’ Meeting (AISOM) in Manila, co-chaired by the Philippines, as Country Coordinator for ASEAN-India Relations, and India.

The Meeting reviewed progress and discussed ways to advance ASEAN-India relations under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, especially maritime, economic, and energy cooperation, and people-to-people connectivity, as well as followed up on the discussion at the 21st ASEAN-India Summit on 10 October 2024 in Vientiane, and exchanged views on regional and international developments.
