On 4 September 2023, H.E. Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, as the Head of Thailand delegation, joined the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting at ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta, Indonesia .
PS Sarun reaffirmed Thailand's support for deliverables under Indonesia's ASEAN Chairmanship this year in the theme "ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth,”
especially cooperation under the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific (AOIP), as well as advancement of relations between ASEAN and external partners in all areas, and ASEAN's leading role in addressing Myanmar situation through implementation of the 5 Point Consensus.
