On 13 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the ASEAN Post Ministerial Conference with Russia co-chaired by H.E. Mr. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and H.E. Mr. Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia. DPM/FM joined in commemorating the 5th anniversary of ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership; public health collaboration through the ASEAN Centre for Public Health Emergencies and Emerging Diseases (ACPHEED); encouraged Russsia’s constructive role in the region; and emphasized ‘dialogue’ for peaceful conflict resolution.
