Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Thailand attends the 8^th Delhi Dialogue

            On 18 February 2016, H.E. Mr. Veerasak Futrakul, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Thailand, joined the discussion on “ASEAN-India Relations: A New Paradigm” at the 8^th Delhi Dialogue in New Delhi, India. The Vice Minister highlighted the role of Thailand in promoting ASEAN-India connectivity, especially through Dawei Special Economic Zone, and the development of an economic corridor along the transportation network that connects to the 10 Special Economic Zones in Thailand. He also stressed on the importance of the people-to-people connectivity and the harmonization of rules and regulations to facilitate trade and investment, and the expansion of production chain to cover the rapidly growing market in India.
