Department of ASEAN Affairs welcomed faculty staffs of

Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University and students from ASEAN Member States

                On 15 January 2016, Mr. Jakkrit Srivali, Director – General of the Department of ASEAN Affairs, welcomed Assistant Professor Dr. Chanvipa Diloksamphan, Vice President of Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University, the faculty staffs and participants of the University’s ASEAN Youth Camp programme, which includes more than 100 university students from Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, at Narathip Auditorium, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Director – General also gave a special lecture on the development and future direction of the ASEAN Community.

                On this occasion, Mr. Phanpob Plangprayoon, Director of the Economic Division, and Ms. Urawadee Sripirom, Director of the Social and Cultural Division, also briefed the group about the economic integration in ASEAN and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC), respectively, which drew the audience into discussion on a wide range of topics related to the ASEAN Community
